🚚 Delivery Policy & Rules

Delivery Method

  • All deliveries are arranged via Rapido / Uber / Ola only.

  • We do not have in-house delivery staff.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are NOT included in the cake price.

  • Customers must pay delivery charges separately, directly to the delivery partner or as communicated at the time of order.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Cakes are handed over in perfect condition.

  • Once the cake is picked up by the delivery partner, Freshly Baked is not responsible for delays, damages, or mishandling during transit.

  • Customers are requested to choose reliable delivery options.

Address & Timing

  • Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order at the selected time.

  • Delays caused by incorrect details or unavailability are not our responsibility.

No-Refund Policy on Delivery Issues

  • Since cakes are freshly baked and perishable, no refunds or replacements will be provided for delivery delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services.

All our cakes are freshly baked to order. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
